“Imagine a musical instrument specially developed for those who cannot play normal instruments and its name is Arcana. We imagined that we at the conservatory were among the first in the country to assimilate and teach about it. Imagine dozens of special boys and girls who learned to play and come to perform and get excited, imagine special graduates who come to sing and play in front of an excited audience. There is no need to imagine-this huge and very very exciting thing was with us here together. This is not an event that happened in a vacuum – it took place as part of a concept that we are leading here. A concept that says that we want to give as many answers as possible here in Kiryat Tivon to everyone who needs it, a concept that says that special children and girls are part of us. Part of leisure, culture, education, everyday life, and especially from the heart.
