Alon Stern

I am a musician, educator, and producer working at the intersection of creativity, community, and innovation. For many years I have been performing, recording, and leading musical projects and educational programs, and through this work I have learned that the deepest meaning for me emerges when music becomes a bridge between people.

My passion is to create spaces in which every person can connect to music in a personal, accessible, and non-judgmental way. I work with ensembles, young musicians, and adult learners, helping them discover their own sound, build confidence on stage, and experience music as a shared language rather than a technical barrier.

Alongside teaching and performing, I produce concerts and community-based projects that bring together artists, audiences, and local communities. I believe in learning through doing, in improvisation as a way of thinking, and in the power of listening, to oneself, to others, and to the space between them.

When I encountered Arcana and its unique vision, to create an accessible musical space for people with disabilities and special needs, I felt I had found a new and deeply meaningful mission. Through my strong connection to both music and education, it was clear to me that I wanted to take an active role in this initiative and lead the development of a pedagogical program that would allow every person, regardless of motor, cognitive, or emotional ability, to experience music as a creator, not only as a listener.

Everything I do is driven by one simple idea: music belongs to everyone. My goal is to continue building frameworks, tools, and experiences that open the door to more and more people, so they can feel at home with an instrument in their hands and share their voice with the world.
